Join Chef Matt Reed as he takes you on a culinary journey, teaching you tips and tricks of the kitchen. You will begin the evening with a speciality cocktail and with each course, our friend Jesse with Neat Wines will pour a wine perfectly paired to each dish. You will not only leave the evening with recipes of each dish but also a new found love of the kitchen.

End up in the “Big Easy” Menu:

Crawfish Bisque
Starting wit ha homemade Gulf shrimp stock, a dash of cream and Louisiana crawfish with a hint of comin and fresh oregano

Pork Chops Saltimbocca
Bone-in thick cut pork chops, stuffed with baby spinach, prosciutto and Boursin cheese; served with bacon green bean stir-fry

‘Better than Brennans’ Bananas Foster
A final bow
